For a Robinson Fan:
- Obtain RFI Nameplate info such as:
- Sales Order (SO) or Factory Order (FO) Number
- Drawing Number (DA-XXXXXXX-XXX)
- Serial Number
For all other fan types:
- Can equipment be returned for evaluation or repair?
- Is there a Drawing available?
Once we have all the necessary information, we will have our technical experts evaluate your problem, diagnose it, and provide a quote for a solution.
