Carl joined Robinson in 1979 and has held several different roles throughout his career here. A few highlights include establishing the first-in-industry aftermarket business; leading the sales department as VP Sales from 1990-2000; establishing and running the Salt Lake City, UT facility from 1995-2000; leading Robinson as President from 2001-2009; and serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board from 2009 until now. Carl splits his time between Zelienople, PA and Naples, FL soaking in as many sunny days as possible in a calendar year. He lives with his wife, Nancy, and works with his two daughters, Tricia and Abby, carrying on the family legacy of Robinson.

Tricia joined Robinson in 2008 and has held several different roles throughout her career here, preparing her to lead the company as President since 2009. Tricia started working in the Utah facility where she spent a large portion of her time working hands-on in the shop. Later, she worked in the rapid response business, which helped her understand the gravity of what Robinson does and just how much the customers rely on the Robinson product, quality, timeliness, and service. She was a part of the sales team, which allowed her to build relationships with customers, visit industrial process facilities, and understand the needs of the sales representatives. She has lived and worked at two of Robinson’s facilities: Utah and Pennsylvania, which allowed her to build relationships with the team and understand the unique aspects of working at headquarters and off-site. She currently lives in Zelienople, PA with her Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Denver. She loves hiking with Denver, reading, driving fun, fast cars, being outside, gardening, exploring, traveling, learning, connecting with friends, encouraging women in leadership and in manufacturing, connecting with community members, working in politics, and spending time with family.

Tom joined Robinson in 2020 as the Human Resources Director. In this role, he is responsible for recruitment, talent management, compensation, learning and development, and HR information systems. With over 30 years of Human Resources experience, Tom has a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive success. He is passionate about creating positive workplace environments and brings extensive expertise in organizational development, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Tom lives in Boardman, OH and enjoys traveling, gardening, and attending professional sporting events. He’s a huge fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Guardians.

Abby joined Robinson “officially” in 2024, however, Robinson has been in her blood from the beginning. She pursued a career in healthcare as a Physician Assistant for nine years specializing in oncology. In 2017, she joined AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals where she spent 7 years in multiple roles, most recently leading strategic partnerships and business development in healthcare technology. She was thrilled at the opportunity to leverage her experience and knowledge to bring value to her family business. She lives in Salt Lake City, UT with her husband, Nick, and their Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Crosby. She loves the outdoors; you will find her often in the mountains skiing, cycling, and hiking or adventuring with her family in their sprinter camper van.

Todd joined Robinson in 1990 and has held several different roles throughout his career here including draftsman, chief draftsman, drafting coach, and job builder. Each of these roles equipped him with the tools that he would need now in his role as VP, Manufacturing. He lives in Sarver, PA with his wife, Heidi and his two children: Paige and Joshua. Todd loves spending time with his family enjoying the beautiful countryside he calls home, whether that is fishing, cycling, grilling, or just doing chores around the house.

Kevin joined Robinson in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Robinson, he spent 18 years in the banking industry, 15 of those years were spent in asset-based lending groups at PNC and Huntington. Just prior to joining Robinson, he was Vice President Asset Based Lending Relationship Manager. Kevin lives in Cranberry Township, PA with his wife, Katie and their three daughters: Reagan, Isabelle, and Emma. He enjoys spending time with his family, beach vacations, and golf.

James joined Robinson Service in 2012, originally as a temp laborer, but was hired full-time in December of 2013. He has held several different positions throughout his career at Robinson including crew member, foreman, project manager, and operations manager. Each of these roles equipped him with the tools that he would need now as General Manager. James is a skilled craftsman, operations manager, teacher, and people leader. He has an entrepreneurial spirit; always looking for ways to improve and expand the business. James lives outside of Birmingham, AL with his wife, Samantha, and their three children: Savannah, Riley, and James. When James isn’t at work, you can find him hunting, fishing, watching/coaching his kids in baseball and softball. If he can find additional time in his day, he loves fixing up old houses and wrenching on square body Chevy’s.

Charlie joined Robinson as the General Manager of Machine Co. in 2016 when Robinson acquired the company from its previous owner, Layne Christensen. Throughout his career he has held multiple roles in machine and fabrication shops including receiving, shop foreman, plant superintendent, plant manager, and branch manager; all of which equipped him for the role as General Manager. Charlie lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife of 35 years. They have four children and four grandchildren. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
